เผลอไปทดลองใช้ youtube music ไว้แต่ไม่ได้ยกเลิกต่ออายุอัตโนมัติ พอเห็นว่าโดนตัดเงิน ก็รีบขอรีฟันเงินคืน แล้วได้เมลนี่ตอบกลับมา เราเป้นคนไม่เก่งภาษาอังกฤษ เลยเอาไปแปลใน google แต่ก็ยังไม่เข้าใจ เลยมาขอสอบถามหน่อยค่ะ ว่าอย่างนี้ แสดงว่าจะได้เงินคืนหรือต้อง ตอบเมลกลับไปอย่างไงอะค่ะ
