I understand that you would like to cancel your subscription to “Netflix". I know how you would like to turn off the auto-renew feature to prevent future charges. Within ten business days, 419.00 THB should be posted to the payment method used to make the purchase.
Just a friendly reminder, please note that when you purchase a subscription from the iTunes Store, the automatic renewal feature is always turned "On". This is to ensure that your subscriptions remain active. You will be charged automatically when it expires and the only way for you not to be charged again is to manually turn it “Off".
To turn off the auto-renew feature of the subscription, please follow the steps in this article:

Note: Deleting a subscription app won’t stop the subscription. If you change or cancel an existing subscription you may not be able to resubscribe to the same subscription at the same price you previously paid. Your subscription will end at the next renewal date if you cancel it.
