เราขอรีฟัน Apple ไป แล้วได้คำตอบแบบนี้ เราจะได้เงินคืนมั้ยคะ 😭😭😭

Thanks for contacting us. I understand that you would like a refund for items purchased by your son without your permission. I’ll do everything that I can to get your issue resolved.

I’ve reviewed your case and have issued you a full refund for the purchases. Within 30 days, 6134.00 THB should be posted to the payment method used to make the purchase.

There are several ways you can prevent unintentional or unauthorized purchases on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, and Apple TV. You can disable in-app purchases, disable purchasing completely, or require a password for every purchase.

You may want to set your password preferences to always require your password when purchasing. When you make a purchase, you'll always be asked to enter your password, even if you're signed in with your Apple ID. See this article to find out how to manage your iTunes Store and App Store password preferences:

You can use Touch ID instead of your Apple ID password to make purchases. To manage your Touch ID settings, see this page:

https://support.apple.com/HT201371

To learn about placing restrictions on in-app purchases, see these pages:

http://support.apple.com/HT204396

If multiple devices are used in your household, make sure the restrictions are enabled on all of them.

If you have a child between the ages of 13 and 18, you might want to try Family Sharing. Family Sharing makes it easy for up to six people in your family to share iTunes, Apple Books, and App Store purchases. Family Sharing also has an Ask to Buy feature where an adult must approve a purchase before a child can buy an item. For more information, see these pages:

Note: The iTunes Service is available for individuals 13 years of age and older (or equivalent minimum age in your Home Country as set forth in the registration process), or children under 13 who have an Apple ID through the Apple ID for Students program or Family Sharing. If your child is under the age of 13 (or equivalent minimum age in your Home Country) and their Apple ID wasn’t created through Family Sharing or the Apple ID for Students program, we must close the account and delete any information associated with it.

I hope you have a great rest of your day. If you have more questions, just reply to this email. I’m happy to help.

Thanks,

Alex
