สวัสดีค่ะ (เราอาจจะอธิบายไม่ค่อยเก่งนะคะ) เราไปทดลองใช้ฟรีของแอพหนึ่งประมาณ 1เดือน แล้วเราลืมกดยกเลิกก่อนกำหนด มันเลยเรียกเก็บเงินจากเรา659บาทค่ะ (เราตั้งค่าให้เก็บเงินจากเบอร์เรา ใช้รายเดือน) ตอนมันแจ้งเตือนเราตกใจมากค่ะ เลยรีบไปกดยกเลิก แต่มันก็ไม่ทันแล้ว-_- เราเลยต้องไปจ่ายเงิน แล้วรีบมาส่งคำขอ ขอเงินคืน แล้วเค้าก็ตอบกลับมาแบบนี้ ใครแปลได้ ช่วยแปลให้เราที่ค่ะ ขอบคุณค่ะ🙏🏻

I've reviewed your case and have issued you a refund for the most recent subscription charge. I've also canceled your subscription.
Within 60 days if you're using Carrier Billing, 659.00 THB should be posted to the payment method used to make the purchase.
Note: Deleting a subscription app won't stop the subscription. If you change or cancel an existing subscription you may not be able to resubscribe to the same subscription at the same price you previously paid. Your subscription will end at the next renewal date if you cancel it.
