The left hepatic lobe is enlarged size with infiltrative lesion in entire left lobe and extending to medial pat of right lobe.
Several small target-like lesion scattering in right lobe are also seen.
The left portal vein is decreased size with irregular thickening wall but vascular flow is stil observed.
The main portal vein, right portal vein and IVC are patent.
The galladder cannot be identified.
The intrahepatic duct and the CBD are not dilated.
The visualized pancreas and spleen appear normal.
Both kidneys are of normal size and shape. there is not evidence of renal stone, solid renal massor dilated renal pelvis bilaterally.
No ascites is evident. the visualized abdominal aorta is not dilated.
IMPRESSION:
- The left hepatic lobe is enlarged size with infiltrative lesion in entire left lobe and extending to medial pat of right lobe. Hepatoma should be considered.
-Several small target-like lesions scattering in right lobe are also seen; likely metastatic nodules.
-The left portal vein is decreased size with irregular thickening wall but vascular flow is still observed.
