was performed at full bladder and collapse of the urinary bladder. The uterus is anteversion with mild elongation. The endometrium is normal echo, no distortion. There are a small lesion at the left anterior wall and a larger lesion at the right side of the uterine fundus. Lesions are 0.9x1.2cm and 2.8x3.5cm, size. A large low-echoc lesion, which is inhomogeneous echo and multiple groups of small calcifications, is found at the right superior part of the uterine fundus. Lesion can be isolated from the right ovary, but it cannot separate from the uterine fundus and the fundal lesion. Its margin is well-defined with multiple small lobulation. Its size is about 4.2x5.4x6.8 cm. Thin free fluid in the lower abdominal cavity, both adnexas, and posterior cul de sac. Both ovaries are normal appearances with internal small cysts,. There is no hydronephrosis or large stone at both kidneys. No free fluid in the hepatorenal fossa. No large lymph nodes at bilateral external iliac vessels Conclusion: 2 intrauterine lesions and a large soft-tissue lesion at the right superior part of the uterus. It may be serosal lesion or pars tubule lesion
