CT.SCAN LOWER ABDOMEN (88.01)
IMPRESSION:
-Decreased size of irregular soft tissue at uterine cervix with both parametrial soft tissue , tumor extension at upper vagina and uterus.
-Decreased size and number of lymphadenopathy in pelvic cavity but persisted matted lymphadenopathy along paraaortic and aortic bifurcation.
-Perirectal fatty stranding, loss of normal fat plane at posterior wall of UB and thicked UB wall may effected to post radiation change or residual tumor invasion.
