ULTRASONOGRAPHY OF UPPER ABDOMEN: Findings: Limited evaluation due to bowel gas. Liver shows normal size and parenchymal echogenicity. There is a hyperechoic lesion in the right hepatic lobe, measuring 1.7 cm. No dilated bile duct is seen. Gallbladder is normally distended without gallstone. No defiinte pancreatic mass is demonstrated. Both kidneys are normal size and parenchymal echogenicity. The spleen is unremarkable. No ascites is noted. Impression: A hyperechoic lesion in the right hepatic lobe measuring 1.7 cm, probably hemangioma. Follow-up or further CT/MRI is considered. Jutarat Norasetsingh, M.D Radiologist
