Upper abdomen: Axail FMPSG inphase,
opposed phase T1W, T1W FS, SE T1W,
conventional and heavity T2WI, coronal GRE and
post Gd administration
Coronal MRCP, MIP MRCP
Findings:The study reveals abnormal exophytic mass
segment 5/8 of liver, measure about 4.8*5.7*5.6 cm
in size invaded anterior branch of right portal vein
and gull bladder fundus.
The mass shows low SI on T1WI, heterogeneous high SI
on T2WI, and heterogenous low progressive enhancement
and more delayed phase.Perilesional IHD
dilated is noted. The CBD is measure about
0.8 cm in size containing intralesional
dark SI on T2WI:sludge rather stone.
Right hepatic artery is normal. LN at
hepatoduodenal, hepatogastric, celiac regions
about 0.7-1.0 cm in size are noted.
Pancreas , spleen and both kidneys are normal.
No ascites is noted.
Impression: evidence of slow progress enhancement liver
mass at segment 5/8 with IHD  dilated invaded right portal vein
and LN enlargement; peripheral type CCA at least stage T3N2Mx should be consider
