Brain
- There is appropriate brian volume.
-On SWI, there is a foci of susceptibility artifact at left temporal lobe (Se902, Im237), probably microhemorrhage. - Normal sienal intensity of the brain parenchyma. No acute infarction, intracerebral hemorrhage, hydrocephalus, midline shift or brain herniation is noted. - No abnormal enhancing lesion or leptomeningeal enhancement is detected. -No extraaxial space taking lesion is depicted.
-The cerebellum and brainstem appear normal. Cerebellopontine angles are unremarkable.
- The sella region is unremarkable. Posterior
bright spot is presented.
- Mild mucosal thickenine at bilateral
maxillary and ethmoid sinuses are noted. The rest of imaged paranasal sinuses, both orbits, bilateral mastoid air cells and nasopharynx are unremarkable.

MRA
-The MRA study shows normal flow-related and contrast enhancement of the
intracranial vessels.
- Fetal origin of left PCA is observed,
anatomical variation.
- The visualized bilateral CCAs. ECAs and
ICAs includine bilateral PcoA are
unremarkable. The AcoA is patent.
-The cervical vessels show normal aortic - No total occlusion, high grade stenosis,
arch branching pattern.
aneurysm or other neurovascular
abnormality is observed.

IMPRESSION:
