ก่อนหน้านี้ ผมเคยยื่นมาแล้วสองรอบรวมรอบนี้รอบที่สามไม่ผ่านสักรอบ ก่อนหน้านี้ที่โดนยกเลิกเพราะ สปอนเซอร์ไม่ผ่านกับยังไม่มีงานทำเนื่องจากพึ่งจบใหม่ แต่พอมารออบนี้ทำงานมาได้สามปีมีเงินเก็บประมาณ2แสน ยื่นไป8วันไม่ผ่านใครมีแนวทางแก้ช่วยผมด้วยครับ

I have refused your application for a visit visa because I am not satisfied that you meet the
requirements of Appendix V: Immigration Rules for Visitors because:
You state that you intend to go to the UK with your brother for a period of 8 days to visit Mrs
ชื่อแม่, who you state is your mother, and Mr แฟนใหม่แม่, and to watch a
football match. I have acknowledged the supporting documents provided with regards to your
sponsors. However, in order to be able to make a decision on whether or not to grant you a
visit visa I have taken into account your own personal and financial circumstances in country
of residence, the reasons for your visit, and your proposed travel arrangements.
You state that you are employed as an Engineer by ชื่อบริษัท earning
an income of THB สองหมื่นกว่าๆ per month. I acknowledge the supporting documents you
have provided to confirm this.
I note that you have previously applied to visit your stated mother in the UK and were refused
in 2014 and 2018 because the Entry Clearance Officer had concerns over your relationship
with your stated mother as well as your personal and financial circumstances. You have
declared these refusals and each application is decided on its own merits. However I am not
satisfied that you have addressed the concerns raised in the previous refusal notices with
regards to your stated mother. I am not satisfied your relationship to your sponsor is as stated.
I am not satisfied that your sponsor has a genuine personal relationship with you, as required
by paragraph V4.3 (a) of Appendix V.
In light of all of the above I am not satisfied as to your intentions in wishing to travel to the UK
now. I am not satisfied that you are a genuine visitor and will leave the UK at the end of your
visit. Your application for a visit visa has been refused under paragraph V4.2 (a) and (c) of the
Immigration Rules.

In relation to this decision, there is no right of appeal or right to administrative review.
