MRI BRAIN
Techique;  Routiene protocol without contrast enhancement.
There is no definite abnormal signal intensity lesion demonstrated within the brain
parenchyma on all off pulse sequences.

The ventricular system,cisterns and peripheral CSF spaces appear within normal limits. No
restriction of DWI is noted.

Normal Cranial nerves VII, VIII in both sides of IAC appear unremarkable.

Minimal mucoperiostial thickening of both ethmoid sinuses, mucous retension cyst
in RT. maxillary sinus. the rest of the PNS and both sides of mastoid antrum are clear.

IMPRESSION; NO significant intracranial pathology demonstrated.
             Mild sinusitis of both ethmoid sinuses.
