To whom it may concern,
I am writing to let you know that I could not take the exam on the XXXXX because I am sick from Diarrhea and vomiting.
I was ate seafood dished with my family dinner yesterday. Consequently, I and my family including my grandchild and distant relative were totally got Diarrhea.
in the next morning, I was drove to university as usual. When I came to half way, I felt very bad and made haste to go to toilet. Then, I had tried to ongoing but I need to stop again and again. Finally, I decided to go to AIG hospital. This is the nearest hospital which is the state hospital. I wasn't able to get English medical certificate.
Please kindly excuse my absence and allowed me to take late exam. I have a medical certificate and medicines.
