Sorry, I cant type Thai here. I'm 27 years old Thai woman, now living and studying in Australia ka. I really need help from Thai Obstetricians about my case, it's really weird for me now and keeps me worried.
I was discharged from the hospital yesterday. I went there because dehydration from vomiting all time, and I couldn't stop it.
Before telling you more about my current symptoms, I think I should give you more details about my case, it's a bit complicated na ka.
In September 2012, the obstetrician in Thailand found out that I had a 6 cm of Chocolate cyst (Endometriosis) at my right ovary then I did the operation by doing Laparoscopic Hysterectomy. After that, the doctor suggested me to take birth control pills to control the cyst. I did the ultrasound again 4 months later, in January 2013, found out that the cysts were back again at the left ovary. The obstetrician suggested me to stop taking pills, because it didn't work for my case, so I started my 1st birth control injection (DMPA) in February 2013. With the DMPA's side effect, I didn't have monthly period in April and May. I took the 2nd injection of DMPA in May 2013, and decided that it would be my last DMPA injection, because we're ready to have a baby. However, I started having a small amount of blood in June, had it "everyday" until September, without any pain. But some days in September, I felt some pain when I had more blood that normal. The last day of blood was the 20th of September, no more blood until now. (I moved to Australia in August)
Last two weeks, I felt a bit pain at my breast. I thought it was because the period was coming, or hopefully to be pregnant. But nothing happened. Until last Saturday, I had quite strong pms stomach pain. I thought the period was coming that night. But after relaxing myself in hot bath for a while, all pain had gone, and no blood like expected. On Sunday, everything went fine, but in the afternoon, I started having stomach pain again, but it was like cramp pain and too much gas in my stomach, not really pms pain. (but for me it was normal to have these steps of pain when I have period) But weird thing is there was no blood at all. This cramp pain caused me nausea and vomiting from time to time. But I did the wrong thing, put my finger into my throat to get everything out, hope to feel better. This caused me nausea and vomiting all time until I got dehydrated and got to the hospital. (At this time, all stomach pain had gone.)
I was discharged form the hospital yesterday after 2 units of normal saline. The urine's test was negative, I'm not pregnant. The blood test got nothing wrong. I didn't meet any obstetrician there, only on shift doctor, not the specialist one. I gave them all of my information, but they didn't do any scan or ultrasound. Until now, while I'm typing this, I have no pain at all, and also no blood, no symptoms that the blood is coming, only feel a bit pain at my breast.
I'd like to ask for any Thai obstetrician's opinion, what should I do then? Is there any reason could cause this? It was very weird for me, having pms pain but no blood. I'm afraid I had Ectopic pregnancy. Is that possible? It's so hard and expensive to make an appointment to do the ultrasound with the specialist or any obstetrician here. I've paid almost 1,000 dollars for almost 10 hours with the IV fluid in the hospital.
I'm so worried now. We're trying so hard to have a baby. But these weird symptoms make it harder.
Every answer will be appreciated. Sorry for my English, still need to be improved. Feel free to answer in Thai if it would be more convenient for you guys.
TIA. Cheers.
