Findings:
      
- The examination demonstrates diffuse fatty change of liver parenchyma.There is no evidence of liver mass .      
- There is no evidence of intrahepatic duct dilatation. The gallbladder is surgical absent.     
- The pancreas, spleen and both adrenal glands are unremarkable.     
- Both kidneys show symmetrical enhancement. There is exophytic fat containing mass at right kidney measuring about 2.7x2.5 cm, consistent with angiomyolipoma.     
- Small subcentimeter paraaortic and aortocaval nodes are seen. There is no definite ascites.     
- The urinary bladder shows no evidence of mass, thickened wall or stone.     
- The uterus and cervix are unremarkable.
- There is no evidence of adnexal mass.     
- The stomach, small bowel and large bowel are unremarkable.
- There is no evidence of small bowel or large bowel obstruction.     
- Base of both lungs are clear.     
- The bony structures are unremarkable.

Impression:
- Fatty liver
- S/P cholecystectomy
- Right renal angiomyolipoma
