รายการตรวจ MRI OF WHOLE SPINE
MRI whole spine.
History: R/O herniated disc.
Technique: axial T1WI, T2WI, sagittal TT1WI, T2WI, T2WI+FS, coronal T2WI, MR myelogram of LS spine.
The cervical spine reveals minimal degenerative change, which shows disc desiccations. The alignment is good. No scoliosis is seen.
C2/3, C3/4 disc levels: There is no definite posterior disc bulging. No stenosis of spinal canal orneural foramina is seen.
C4/5, C5/6 disc levels. There is minimal posterior central disc bulging. No stenosis of spinal
canal or neural foramina is seen.
C6/7, C7/T1 disc levels: There is no definite posterior disc bulging. No definite stenosis of spinal
canal or neural foramina is noted.
The thoracic spine shows minimal degenerative change.
Mild scoliosis to right is seen.
No definite posterior disc bulging or stenosis of spinal canal is seen.
The lumbar spine shows also minimal degenerative change. The alignment of spine is good.
Mild scoliosis to left is seen.
L1/2 disc level: There is no definite posterior disc bulging. No stenosis of spinal canal or neural
foramina is seen.
L2/3, L3/4 disc level: There is disc desiccation without definite posterior disc bulging. No
stenosis of spinal canal or neural foramina is seen.
L4/5 disc level: There is diffuse posterior disc bulging with disc desiccation and mild narrowing
of disc space. Mild stenosis at bilateral neural foramina is noted.
L5/S1 disc level: There is no definite posterior disc bulge. No stenosis of spinal canal or neural
foramina are seen.
The spinal cord shows normal in appearance without intrinsic or extrinsic cord compression.
Impression:
-Minimal degenerative change of whole spine.
-Mild scoliosis of thoracic spine to right and lumbar spine to left
-Mild stenosis at bilateral L4/5 neural foramina.
-No definite evidence of nerve root compression.
