Method/Preparation ( Chocolate Truffles Recipes)
Put the glucose syrup and whipping cream into a bowl, over low heat,combine until the mixed melts and the cream reaches simmering point, close of the heat, or remove from heat then put the chocolate. Stir the chocolate and cream together until you have a smooth mixture.
remark: can put more 1 splash of brandy, or leave plain. shape the truffles to be square on passatic rap.Allow to sit in refrigerator for at least 1.5 hr. or more + 1 hr. After 1.5-2.5 hrs. cut chocolate truffle or to be roll if you need roll balls. that roll the truffles between your palms. / Coat you chocolate truffles immediately after snapped. Roll in cocoa powder for topping. Store in the fridge in an airtight for 3 days, or freeze for upto a month.
