Hi I'm living in Thailand and I have scb account and scb easy net, since last 2 weeks I can't open app anymore, I took screen record from my second phone I tried it my another phone  but both are doesn't work in this video you can see it my both phones are last version updated main phone is Huawei y9 2018 other is OPPO, I tried both phone hard reset and reinstall and install app but doesn't help me , please help me I'm really so nervous..
