Global Education issues
Education is a key to open and change life for everyone. And a point that we currently faced with is that we are giving ineffective training to our future. Moreover, some countries have no training for teachers. Where is the right to learn and have an equal education? This research will help you find out: Why is our global education lacking? How can this be solved and developed? What is the effect if a country has a good education system? I have gathered  information from two nations to contrast and bring out different points from each of them as an example in each question. The poem “Lift Off” is The remarks of Donovan Livingston, student speaker at HGSE 2016. He has illustrated a key point of education as an educator. This has showed strongly meaning on his statements because of education having an incredible value like a pleasure and devices that have no limit on values. This sparked my idea to find out about our global issues that we currently are facing because of the world need for good quality employees to be successful in our world society, community and economy. Meanwhile, it looks like we are going downward. This leads me to consider and wonder about global education issues and become aware about the importance of education. I will refer to several information sources such as Youtube, novels and online articles.

Why is our global education lacking?
What would the world be like if our education systems worked efficiently? Be aware that education is a centre of the world to learn about other cultures. Lacking of education system can causes many effect. This is why Global education is so important because of it can help global extinctions and also life-support. To solve these “wickedly” complex problems, we need to work collaboratively, understanding and connection. Education is a tool that Create a flat world to make light from a spark. Relationships and cultural understanding are critical in today’s world. It is absolutely important to help us connect with peoples to the world, allow us to collaborative activities with people from other countries and give meaningful experience to the next child generation. And that why we need to strongly control our education system to become more useful as a sword. First of all, our world can divided to develop and undeveloped country. Chronic teacher absenteeism is a big problem in developing countries. Among other variables, it stems from poor working conditions.
Is it all about change learning environments to be more learning-centric? The curriculum encourages schools to get outside their buildings. More important than money are lacking of accountability and the abysmal quality of most teachers. Having no teacher, or having an untrained teacher which leading to children failing to learn the basics. Meanwhile, in one out of three countries, less than three-quarters of teachers are trained to national standards. However, there would have an important key from an economic growth, the income of the total dollar value of all goods and services produced over a specific time period. In this research will use an information from Thailand and Finland to contrast with.
Thailand’s middle income economy is on course for a “lost economic decade”, squandering opportunities for much stronger economic growth know as developing countries. This data might affect to other key which provide a health and safety, nutrition and growth economy in a country. Thailand’s population is tending to increase every single year, a trend that causes the student population to shrink and threatens the existence of large numbers of Thai higher education institutions, particularly in the private sector. Students in most classes have a very wide range of abilities which means almost impossible to design curriculum or teach either group and make some student become bored and the slowly learner stop to trying because of not their interest. Also with those education system is not a meritocracy, which makes it very discouraging to work for a school. The result is Thai teachers work hard to get these degrees even by cheating or short-cutting their way through the program just so they can get the piece of paper which is needed to get a better salary. From my experience, most of the teacher likely to teaches likewise they are on rushing that make all students have to be quick for copy or short notes as fast as their teachers speak or teach them a result are a pupil couldn’t even understand a topic clearly and not even go into their brain yet and a teacher just keep continue and move to the next topic. Thai education traditional respect and commend for clever students which making a big gasp between a student who has higher  and lower credits or scores. In addition, individual students might have different abilities which to have an education that only focus on credit would have negative effect to students. Thai teachers assign grades based on cultural expectations rather than performance which depends on the overall scores or grades. Well know as a country that have study hard but not effective or occur as a result to the world. While Finland is the third wealthiest country in the world. Know as developed country. This has an effect after transformation of the Finns’ education system began some 40 years ago as the key propellent of the country’s economic recovery plan. Finland has turned their schools around and now they are successful and hailed internationally for their extremely high educational outcomes. What did they do was as before they had an extracurricular choice, intrinsic motivation in education system? In Finland where students have learned the benefits of precision and flexibility. Finland has a short school day, but they have to add the other activity or the special course of study as well, Finns believe that the important learning happens outside the classroom. Present the situation that It’s not just the parents pressuring their kids. Because this culture traditionally celebrates conformity and order, pressure from other students can also height in performance expectations. In the modern world the kid is going to know how to learn, how to work hard and how to persist after failure also a deep respect for teachers and their academic accomplishments. And this is different between both country.

PISA (Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), 2015-2016) From The Program for International Student Assessment (PISA) is a worldwide study by OECD in 70 nations of 15-year-old  students’ scholastic performance on mathematics, science and reading.

From this information it is evident that the problem of Thailand is not only just having the wrong standard that seem to keep a country move slowly but actually it tend to move backward. Issue of Thailand education that they are using are more caring about student to be on the centre although it is a good way to try but it is not work because of having a problem with a teacher that don’t know how to teach. In answer of this question I found out that teacher would need to change a situation from instead of Answering to Asking. If they ask more and more not only a student that have a chance to practise their brainstorms but an advantage can also come to a teacher that can shared an information and get more closer into each student in a class by using a reason is the best way to keeping a student active their brain. A lacking issue of Thai education system is study and remembering just only for a test while Finn focus on be able for critical thinking. An interesting statistic between both country is Thai students have spent a time longer and much more hour in school, on homework but as a result from PISA highlight the problems of Thailand that on the bottom from all over the world while Finn standard have spending a little time for school and actually have no homework but they could make a student be a self-confident by Thinking, asking and answering by completely use their knowledge skill for solving which lead to their PISA score that going nearest the top range in 2006 according to The Finnish institute for educational research.
How can this be solved and developed ?
It always has a chance to solving an issue, but it would need a hand for every key in the world, government, teachers, school, parent and student. Firstly of the all, Filling teacher gaps who are the most important. Attract the best teachers with at least a good secondary-level qualification. Therefore, governments need to invest in improving access to quality secondary education to enlarge the pool of good teacher candidates. Policy-makers need to focus their attention on hiring and training teachers from under-represented groups, such as ethnic minorities. Also with preparing teacher educators and mentors to support teachers those who train teachers to have knowledge and Policy-makers should thus make sure teacher educators are trained and have adequate exposure to the classroom learning requirements facing those teaching in difficult circumstances. Focus on securing strong foundation skills because it is important for curriculum expectations to match learners’ abilities, as overambitious curriculum limit what teachers can achieve in helping children progress. It is not sufficient for children to learn foundation skills in school. Not only just focusing a progress on the exam that can not tell them the exact of student ability but to develop classroom assessments to help teachers identify and help learners who are struggling and what are the way that they would prefer and likely to enjoy throughout the lesson. However, there would have an important key from an economic growth, the income of the total dollar value of all goods and services produced over a specific time period The country that have a better rate would lead to edu
