The 3rd AKB 48 Group Draft Conference ...?
(ผมคิดว่าอากู๋แปลมาเป็น Eng ได้ครบถ้วนไม่สับสนดีแล้ว ไม่ขอแปลไทยล่ะกันเพราะไม่เก่งเรื่องเรียบเรียงประโยครับ)

In January 2018, the AKB 48 group "3rd AKB 48 Group Draft Conference" will be held.  

The big difference from the 1st and 2nd is that it is not a member but an election by all the fans representing each team.  

This "The 3rd AKB 48 Group Draft Conference" is different from the 1st and 2nd draft conference where the captains, leaders, members of the AKB 48 group nominate candidates, fans representing each team It is an event to negotiate with the draft candidates and designate the necessary personnel for the team that supports them and to decide new members.  

The nominated candidates will be decided by the team through the lottery of the representative fans.  

Candidates who will proceed to the draft conference will be the one who passed the

"3rd AKB 48 Group Draft Conference Candidate Audition".  

Candidates nominated and drafted by the team will join each team as a "research student" and the next goal will be promotion of regular members. (The number of recruits for each team is undecided.)  

Regarding how to select the fans who represent each team, we will announce separately.
