สวัสดีครับเพื่อนๆชาวพันทิป พอดีผมเห็นและได้ยินมาว่าเพื่อนๆหลายๆคนได้รับผลกระทบจากการยกเลิกเที่ยวบินของ Malaysia Airlines
ผมเองก็เป็นหนึ่งในนั้นครับที่โดนยกเลิกไฟท์ที่จอง ในเคสของผมนั้นผมจองไปญี่ปุ่นกับพี่ที่ทำงานช่วงสงกรานต์ 14 - 23 April 2017
HKT - KUL - NRT - KUL - HKT เคสของผมนั้นดีลมาตั้งแต่ปลายเดือนพฤศจิกายน 2559 ครับตอนนี้ยังไม่จบ
บอกตรงนี้เลยว่าข้างล่างยาวมากนะครับไม่เหมาะสำหรับผู้ไม่มีเวลาอ่านครับ ติดดาวไว้ก่อนได้นะครับค่อยอ่านตอนมีเวลา

Feedback DetailsCOMPLAINT!! Flight MH 71 on 22 Apr 2017 has been cancelled, without any options support and flexible for customers. I have flied with you one time last year and i think it's good one, that why my friend and I decided to fly with you again, But this time we are really upset for your service. I tried to asked any options as I can leave from Tokyo on 22 Apr at night and arrive in Phuket on 23 Apr any time. They said you have to go by MA only but i will lose 1 day for travelling from my plan and I also have to change my flight from Phuket to Tokyo from 14 to 13 Apr as well(and need to pay 1 more night by myself without any wrong from me). I got similar case like this before with another airline as they offered me for complimentary access to VIP lounge and accommodation at 4 star hotel. I'm very appreciate your kind assist if you will more flexible for us or give us more and better options on this case. Thank you for your email but your airlines didn't action anything and answer my questions on this case as I saw from below email.
I have sent email to another channel as I can but no one reply and read it, so please answers my questions below;
- Which hotel will you offer us for overnight in KL(FOC) ?
- How about compensation for transfer to hotel and airport, dinner and breakfast ?
- Can we stay in town and take a flight MH 794 or MH 790 ? We don't need to wake up in the early morning to take MH786
- Can we access your VIP lounge FOC ?
- Our new flight still remain same seat and we reserved or not ? If not we need to select by ourselves.
Please reply me back by email or call me directly from anyone who can make decision, I don''t want to call to office and they keep me holding the line many time. I have called over than 5 times and It took time more than 20 minutes, I have no time to talk for 20 minutes many time because it's on my working time and your office closed at 5 pm. local time.
I'm looking forward to hearing from you, also please find attached of complaint letter for your reference.

I don't know your corporate standard to respond email from your customer, but normally others company will respond within 24 hrs. or maximum at 48 hrs.
I don’t need to call to customer service because I’m sure that I have to explain everything again when if I will call, can you please contact me back ASAP.
Also I already booked and paid for one more night in Tokyo already, so would like to know any update for me.

Please be noted that due to schedule change, we can offer you flights either a day earlier, or a day later or flights earlier or later on the same day. If you do not take the alternative flight offer, only then you will be STPC (Hotel Accommodation) if the transit is more than 6 hours. However in your case, you have already taken the offer of alternative flights, therefore, we will not be able to offer you STPC. As far as the seats are concerned, if you have paid for them, then yes, you will be assigned the same seats as the one that you have paid on the new aircraft, however only if the configuration of the aircraft changes, only then we will assign you on seats closer to your booked seats.

Also please score down to the below email and pay attention on the details and questions in the yellow highlight, for our seat on flight KUL – NRT and NRT – KUL have paid and selected already. In case if it cannot be the same seat as we reserved, we need to select the new seats by ourselves. Please do not random our seats from your side without asking or contact us first.

Thank you for your email, kindly check with your team in BKK office. A manager as I have talked with is not Thai because they said Thai staff have no manager, so i have to called the same number to Eng version.
I have asked him for his email but he said please send to this email, so please check with your team in BKK Office. I called them yesterday morning around 8.50 hrs.
I think you company should coordinate much more than this and pay attention more for guest's details and requirements, you will know that I'm a man and my title should be Mr.
Anyway, no one answers and questions below in the yellow highlight yet.
