The big problem of graduated students especially English major is low communicative ability. Before they graduate, the university must require TOEIC minimum 600 for bacherlor's degree, 700 for master's degree etc. Some teaching trainees can't speak to foreigners despite nearly graduation in English Major. They emphasize grammar in textbook. It should have another tool that guarantees their English communicative ability not just transcript from university. What do you think? Tell me.
Why doesn't Thailand spicify TOEIC for graduated students?
