nmol of p-nitrophenol released per mg of protein per min (mU/mg
of protein). Finally, protein quantification was performed using a
protein assay kit (Biorad, California, USA) based on the Bradford
method (Bradford, 1976). A bifactorial statistical design was used to
analyze our data, in which the first factor (variable) was the
treatment (in vitro, fruits inoculated with yeasts and fruits non
inoculated with yeast) and the second variable was with or without
C. gloeosporioides mycelium.
