I have made a deal with true move because I have moved out of Thailand. True move PROMISED me that I will only have to pay 168 baht per month because I just want to KEEP my number to use bank application. I have been a customer for more than 10 years, and every time I have this same problem! As soon as I move out, you want over 1000 baht from me. You claimed that I didn't pay for December and that I also need to pay 1000+ baht for January. This is absolutely ridiculous because I was promised that from now on, it will only be 168 to keep the number. I don't need to use your wifi or 4g or ANY data, but just KEEP my number. So before I left Thailand, I paid for my December bill and 168 extra for January. Now my friend went to contact true move at the office, and you guys are claiming that the 168 baht was just a "PROMOTION" for one month. This is a total lie, because why would we sign up for that? If we are LEAVING Thailand??????? I only need to pay 168 per month going forward, but now you said that it's back to 1000++ again? This is a horrible horrible deal for your customers and a terrible scam situation. I cannot even contact customer service because I can't get OTP, since my number isn't working overseas.
