My bulking progress. Came a long way from being skinny to a bulkier size.
Decided to bulk and gain size after university as I have been skinny all my life.
Male, 178cm, 26 years old
Starting weight : 60kg
Current weight : 82kg
Initially my target was to bulk until 65-70kg.
However, I am now at 82kg and still bulking (Overachieved 😂
)
Have not been doing any cardio since starting my dirty bulk.
Now, I only do weights training at gym and eat a lot.
Currently eating 6-7 meals a day. My appetite is really huge now 😅
Eat, sleep, train, eat again.
Should I continue to bulk?
Do I look buff muscular or fat?
Imo I don't think I am that big size yet and still can bulk bigger.
What do you think?
