เมื่อวันที่ 3 ธันวาคม ปี 2567 ตอนเช้าผมตื่นตามปกติแต่พอเข้า you tube มันขึ้นข้อความภาษาอังกฤษซึ่งผมไม่ได้ถ่ายมาให้ดู แต่ผมก็ copy ข้อความนั้นไปวาง google แปลภาษา มันก็แปลออกมาประมาณว่า ช่องของคุณถูกปิดข้อละเมิดกฎชุมชน you tube ซึ่งผมก็งงมาก ว่าตัวเองไปทำผิดตอนไหนผมยืนยันว่าผมยังไม่ได้ทำอะไรเลย คลิปรูปภาพชุมชนผมก็โพสต์ไม่เป็นเพราะยังไม่เคยโพสต์ลงช่องเลยสักครั้งแม้แต่ครั้งเดียว ผมแค่สมัครสร้างช่องเข้า you tube เพื่อที่จะมาดูคลิปใน you tube ของช่องอื่นเฉยๆ สรุปง่ายๆสมัครมาเพื่อเป็นผู้ชม ไม่ได้คิดจะสมัครสร้างช่องมาเพื่อโพสคลิปหารายได้เลย ตอนนั้นผมเลยเข้าไปดูวิธีแก้ใน you tube ใช้ช่องสำรองดูเพราะช่องหลักโดนปิด ซึ่งใน you tube บอกว่าให้ไปดูที่ gmail ตัวเอง ให้ไปดูว่า ก่อนที่ช่องตนจะถูกปิดเคยมีการเตือนจาก you tube มาใน gmail ตัวเองรึเปล่า ถ้าคิดว่าช่องไม่ผิดก็กดยื่นอุธรณ์ ผมก็กดเข้าไปดูที่ gmail ว่าก่อนจะโดนปิดมันแจ้งอะไรมาไหม กดไปดูไม่มีแจ้งอะไรเกี่ยวกับ you tube มาเลย แจ้งมาอีกเวลาตี 3 ตอนนั้นยังไม่ตื่นเลยนอนอยู่ พอตอนเช้าก็เกดเข้าไปที่ gmail ขันข้อความ

ตามข้อความอังกฤษข้างบน มันแจ้งมาทาง gmail หลักของผม ว่าช่องคูณโดนปิดข้อหาละเมิดกฎชุมชนของ you tube ผมเลยกดยื่นอุธรณ์ไปเพราะคิดว่าตัวเองไม่ผิด แล้วรอ พอถึงอีกวันคือวันที่ 4 หลังจากที่ยื่นอุธรณ์ไปแล้ว 1 วัน วันต่ออมาผม กดเข้าไป gmail มันขึ้นมาว่า

มันยังคิดว่าผมทำผิด รอบนี้ you tube มันบอกชัดเจนว่าผมทำผิดอะไร มันบอกว่าผมแสดงถ้อยคำเกลียดชัง ซึ่งผมก็งงไปอีกว่าผมไปทำตอนไหน ช่องผมพึ่งเปิดเมื่อปี 2565-2567 เปิดมาได้แค่ 2 ปีก็โดนปิดแล้ว ผมขอยืนยันอีกรอบว่าผมยังไมได้ทำอะไรผิดเลย ผมต้องการกู้บัญชีช่องหลักผมให้กลับมาใช้ได้ตามปกติคือผมไม่สามารถใช้บัญชี gmail หลัก เข้า you tube ได้เลย พอเข้าไปมันขึ้นข้อความว่า
