Yesterday, I contacted CS asking to update the database with my new passport number. Since then, all my TrueID points (1,400 or so) disappeared and the status/customer level has been reset to "white".
What happened to my points?
I tried to contact CS support earlier this afternoon but gave up after 90 minutes.
