Hello everyone, 
I am new to living in Thailand, but I would like to ask your recommendations for getting a hair perm (like korean style wave) and also cutting my hair short. it would be nice if the hair dresser can understand english and also if it is relatively affordable. I live around Siam area but not sure which place to go to.
