Aug 2022 - covid 
Recover and ok. No problem. 
3rd week September 
Heart palpitations, chest pain and muscle tightness at bicep and chest because of gym. 
3rd week October 
Chronic insomnia 
Tinnitus (Ear have ringing sound)
Breathlessness at times
Body feeling cold and weak all the time ( dysautonomia)
Muscle and joint ache and pain 
Teeth, neck and lower back pain 
No appetite 
Lose a lot of weight (78 to 64kg)
Spine felt loose. Leg have weak and poor motor drive.
