Blue Dragon Film Awards 2022 จัดขึ้นต่อเนื่องเป็นปีที่ 43 แล้วสำหรับงานประกาศรางวัลภาพยนตร์เกาหลี หรือที่หลายคนนิยมเรียกกันสั้นๆ ว่า ''รางวัลออสการ์เกาหลี'' โดยในปีนี้จัดขึ้นเมื่อวันที่ 25 พ.ย. วันนี้

 

รางวัลสำหรับผลงานทางด้านภาพยนตร์ที่มีอายุยาวนานที่สุด และยังมีการมอบรางวัลจวบจนถึงปัจจุบันเพื่อส่งเสริมและเป็นกำลังใจให้แก่นักแสดงและผู้เกี่ยวข้องในสายงานเพื่อส่งเสริมให้มีการผลิตรายการที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อสังคมต่อไป โดยในปีนี้เรียกได้ว่ามีการแข่งขันอย่างดุเดือด โดยผู้เข้าชิงรับรางวัลต่างๆ มีรายชื่อดังต่อไปนี้
