I have a friend in the religion chat room who is practicing mindfulness. He continually reminds me of its benefits and urges me
to comply, which I do daily in prayer. I learned from this member to practice mindfulness whenever we feel negative emotions.
So what is mindfulness, exactly?
Being mindful is being aware of what to do and say. Reflect upon what the words have already said. A sign that the mind does
not forget. Be restrained, do not act impulsively, do not be careless, and prevent early damage. I called them heedfulness, memory,
remembrance, recklessness, and intuition.
Thinking about living is one of the biggest obstacles to your mind functioning at its highest level. Mindfulness is the key to breaking
down this obstacle. In other words, we are the victims of whatever thoughts come to mind.
Everything is better when you think positively. However, if you feel negative, your life will also suffer. Our professional or unique skills
won't help us succeed if we are ignorant. Therefore, mindfulness training is a crucial part of our lives. Keeping our consciousness
under control at all times will ensure the success of our lives, just as if we were driving a car smoothly.
Ryokan

Plain vegetables can soothe hunger.
A patched robe is enough to cover this bent old body.
Alone I hike with a deer.
Cheerfully I sing with village children.
The stream under the cliff cleanses my ears.
The pine on the mountain top fits my heart.
