Support staff including educator, librarian, IT and audio-visual technique officers, scientist, researcher, veterinarian, etc. are important to fulfill the needs for education, research, and service. MUVS set up a plan to recruit both the number and qualification of staff to support both education and research tasks. The number and qualification of support staff is presented in Table 17 and MUVS reviewed the manpower planning every two years, recently in 2020 for the year of 2021-2027 (supplemented table 1). The MUVS academic and supporting staffs who attended the seminar and training by the year of 2021 were listed in supplemented table 2. Both manpower planning and training program of the supporting staffs provided benefit of the teaching, research and community service directly and indirectly in the 1st—6th year students.
