I purchased two Samsung 2021 8K TV's Q950 series, one 85 inches and one 75 inches a few months ago, ironically they are both coming apart at the exact same place in just a few months with no use really at all. The outer cover of the panel is lifting off the bottom of both TV's in nearly the same place. The technicians came last week and said they can change the panels but it will not be perfect so K Bunchai the head of the service team agreed that if I wait a bit longer he would replace the TV or issue a refund so I could buy a new. one. These were some of the first 2021 TVs made with the new very slim bezel and being that it's occurring on 2 out of 2 that I purchased shows that this is just pure negligence and that no quality controls were in place to test the design before it went. to market. Now someone just called and said they would only repair them. I am not willing to keep 550,000 THB of TVs that the service center told me could not be repaired perfectly (because replacing the pannel will never have a perfect seal according to K Bunchai and his technicians). This is not the first incident with Samsung our 2020 8K had a big blue line down the center. If this is happening to both of the 2021 8K TVs we bought please check yours, it's probably happening to all of them and Samsung should be forced to recall all of the TVs they have sold before the issue was fixed. I will post examples below. If Samsung wont replace our units we will donate them to a homeless shelter and purchase new TV
