My TRUEID Tv is not working, everytime I turn it on there is a spinning wheel showing "Just a moment" after a few minutes it tries to load then shows "Sorry, something went wrong" a box says try again so I click it, then it just happens again.
Is there a way to hard reset the box? I feel like I wasted 2000 Baht on this box. Mainly bought it for Netflix which I cannot use and YouTube for my baby, she is very sad today.
