Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood เป็นอนิเมะที่หยิบเนื้อหามาจากมังงะที่ทำได้ดีที่สุดเรื่องหนึ่ง และก็มีมังงะดีๆหลายเรื่องที่พอทำเป็นอนิเมะกลับทำห่วยกว่า เช่น ลายเส้นสู้มังงะไม่ได้ หรือ เปลี่ยนแปลงเนื้อเรื่องจากต้นฉบับ
