I am at your store at True Emquartier. There is a sale of 40% off Apple iphone cases for the 7,8,X etc. Your staff told me the whole rack at thensign that says 40% off is included. When your staff helped unlock the rack and got the black case that I wanted brought it to his PC to help me pay, asked for my IDENTIFICATION CARD and credit card, and proceeded to complete the sale.
Then he said this one is not on sale and would not discount it.
Why does it seem like its my fault and I get the short end of the stick when its clear that the store needs to do the right thing and correct the price to the posted 40% off as publicly indicated. I asked to speak to the manager who said that she will not discount the price.
Otherwise this is a bait and switch clearly to scam your customers and illegal?
Who is going to make this right?
