Job description
-Email correspondence (referral appointment, medical inquiry, surgery, transportation etc.)
-Answering phone calls
-Translation
-Working 12 hours per day(4 days/week)
-Hospitalization arrangement from abroad
-Medical knowledge background is an advantage
-Coordination from department to department
-Others duties as requested
2.International customer correspondence coordinator
(French speaking) 1 position for srinakarin branch
-Translation
-Coordination between patient to insurance or to departments
-Handling VIP cases
-Visit inpatient patients

Requirements
-Toeic 650 up (Good command of writing and speaking skill)
-Certificate in your third language skill
-Microsoft offices knowledge
-Multitasking skill
-Working independent and teamwork orientation
-Fresh graduates are welcome
