15 oct:Trek to Bamboo ( 2,310 m ), stay overnight. 5-6 hrs ,( B+L+D )
16 oct: Trek to Deurali ( 3,230 m ), stay overnigh. 5 hrs ,( B+L+D )
17 oct: Trek to Annapurna Base Camp ( 4,130 m ) , stay overnight. 4-5 hrs
18 oct: Trek down to Sinuwa ( 2,340 m ), stay overnight. 6-7 hrs , ( B+L+D )
