This is my 3rd delayed flight out of 4 with VietJet. all of 3 were from 1.5 to 3 hours. forget about online/web/mobile check in, the only option you need to do is stand and wait at counter for 30 - 60 minutes. and there is no rule, you could pick any counter that you think it faster, however it will be the same. congratulation for whom who already booked...enjoy the travel.
