I came across it while I was looking up in a dictionary for the meaning of the phrase 'you name it'. Now I take it to mean something like 'that is existing now', I wonder if I got it rightly?

And if that is the case I would really feel thankful if you show me a couple of sentences in which 'going' is used the same way.
