4. Duty and Responsibility of service recipient

5. Risk management in service
Service Provider has responsible for officer under the project as the following,
5.1 Service provider has scope of duties including staff's benefits, tax and social security.
5.2 Client has responsible for select proper officer as client's need.
5.3 Any damage that cause by staff's action including assets, equipments or some documents
within or without working hours are not in service provider's responsibility.
6. Promote temporary staff to permanet staff
- Working period less than 4 weeks, service charge will be 2 times of service fee.
- Working period 4 - 8 weeks, service charge will be 1.5 times of service fee.
- Working period more than 8 weeks, service charge will be 1 time of service fee.
7. Contract termination, no matter cause by client t or service provider, must have an agreement and acception
from both sides.
8. Client accepts whole service conditions, and assign 'Company' to follow the mentioned
agreement.
