BADMINTON great Lin Dan appeared incognito on China Jiangsu TV’s King of Mask Singer singing competition, crooning Jacky Cheung’s Bie Wen (Don’t Ask).
หลินตัน 林丹 นักแบดมินตันผู้ยิ่งใหญ่ปรากฏตัวบนเวทีรายการแข่งขันร้องเพลง King of Mask Singer ของ China Jiangsu’TV เขาร้องเพลง เปี่ย เหวิน (别问 / Don't Ask) ของ Jacky Cheung
Guang Ming Daily reported that Lin Dan listened to Cheung’s hits in his free time and even went to one of the singer’s concerts in Beijing.

Lin Dan said he took part in the reality show because it had always been his dream to become a singer.
หลินตันกล่าวว่า การที่เขาไปร่วมรายการเรียลลิตี้โชว์ดังกล่าวนั้น เพราะมันเป็นความใฝ่ฝันของเขาที่อยากจะเป็นนักร้องมาตลอด
“It’s cool to be on stage. I always wanted this kind of opportunity. My dream finally came true,” the daily quoted him as saying.
"มันวิเศษมากที่ได้มาอยู่บนเวที ผมใฝ่ฝันจะมีโอกาสเช่นนี้อยู่ตลอดเวลา ในที่สุดความฝันของผมก็กลายเป็นความจริง"
In the show, contestants were required to wear elaborate masks that concealed their identities so that the judges and audience could vote without prejudice.
รายการนี้จะให้ผู้เข้าแข่งขันใส่หน้ากากปกปิดใบหน้าขณะร้องเพลง เพื่อให้คณะกรรมการและผู้ชมตัดสินโดยปราศจากอคติ
Lin shared his performance on social media, saying: “I was nervous taking part in a competition, which is unfamiliar territory. I hope all of you liked it.”
นอกจากนั้น หลินตันยังได้แบ่งปันเรื่องราวการร้องเพลงของตนเองผ่านสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ โดยระบุว่า "ผมรู้สึกประหม่าที่ได้ร่วมการแข่งขันซึ่งไม่คุ้นเคยเลย ผมหวังว่าพวกคุณคงชอบ"
