Dear U.S. Embassy in Thailand, please have mercy on my family

Dear U.S. Visa Service Team,

I, the son of my parents, have problems about the appointment.

Here is my case:

My parents need to go to the U.S., because my brother and my sister-in-law had a car accident. It injured my brother and left my sister dead. The funeral will be held from Sep 16th to Sep 18th, 2017.

I have already scheduled the appointment on Sep 25th, 2017, in order to be able to ask for an Emergency Request.

Today at 04.12 p.m., my request was approved, and I was told to reschedule the appointment. I then rescheduled it on Sep 18th, 2017 (which was the fastest available date), without cancelling the Sep-25th appointment. Then there was a block writing "Cancel Appointment," so I clicked on it to see. The 25th-appointment was still there, I clicked "Yes" to cancel the 25th-appointment.

However, it canceled both the 25th-and-18th appointments. I was shocked at that time because at the time I was canceling the 25th appointment, it showed nothing about the September-18th appointment, no information at all. I canceled only the September-25th appointment, but the system canceled all the appointments.

Plus, when I called for help, the agent, a woman, told me that the schedules were canceled at 9.52 a.m. and 10.00 a.m. That was before I myself made the cancellation which was at 4.30 p.m. because my request was approved at 4.12 p.m. It doesn't make any sense.

May I ask for any help with this casยิ้ม are my parents' details:
Faidan Saeher, Passport No: AAxxxxxx
Sua Saeher, Passport No: AAxxxxxxx

We all are shocked and more saddened now because my brother, a U.S. citizen, and his children really need help from my parents.

Please have mercy on us.

Best regards,
Kong Saeher
