ที่บ้านใช้อินเทอร์เน็ตของ 3BB แล้วเมื่อไม่กี่วันที่ผ่านมา เข้าใช้งานอินเทอร์เน็ตไม่ได้เลย หลุดตลอด (ฟ้อง DNS address could not be found ตลอด)

- ใช้โทรศัพท์สมาร์ทโฟนเกาะแล้ว เล่นได้ปรกติ เร็วปรกติ ไม่มีหลุด
- ลองสลับโน๊ตบุ๊คทั้ง LAN และ Wi-Fi แล้ว ก็ยังไม่หาย (มั่นใจว่า disabled ตัวใดตัวหนึ่งแล้วค่ะ)
- ดาวน์โหลด AdwCleaner มาสแกนแล้ว ก็ยังไม่หาย
- ipconfig /release, ipconfig /renew แล้ว (แต่ดูไม่เป็น)

ไม่รู้ว่าเป็นที่ IPv4, IPv6 หรือเปล่า เพราะดูแล้วมันแปลกๆ มากเลย

ปล. ไม่อยากแก้ปัญหาด้วยการลงเครื่องใหม่เลย แต่ถ้าแก้ไม่ได้จริงๆ จะลองใช้ System Restore ดูเป็นทางออกสุดท้ายค่ะ
