EXO recently hit No. 1 on three weekly Oricon charts in Japan.
On March 8, the idol group released a concert DVD in Japan titled “EXO PLANET #3 – The EXO’rDIUM ? in JAPAN.” The DVD was released in both standard DVD and Blu-ray Disc (BD) formats.
In the first week of its release, the DVD topped the Oricon DVD Music Chart, the BD Music Chart, and the combined DVD and Blu-ray Disc sales charts. This is the third time that they have topped Oricon charts with their Japanese concert DVDs, including 2015’s “EXO FROM. EXOPLANET #1 – THE LOST PLANET IN JAPAN” and 2016’s “EXO PLANET #2 The EXO’luXion IN JAPAN.”
The DVD covers EXO’s concerts in Hiroshima, Fukuoka, Hokkaido, Nagoya, Tokyo, and Osaka last September to December.
EXO is currently scheduled to hold the Malaysia leg of their “EXO PLANET #3 – The EXO’rDIUM” in Kuala Lumpur on March 28.
