upon putting into  possession "the seller"  shall assign concerning the unit, its warranty claims existent  against the contractor  with the proviso, that  in accordance with condominium act  (ฺB.E 2522) , it shall preclude its responsibility for assigned claims . The purchaser by siging this agreement accepts the assignment along with the preclusion of responsibility .
