OPEN REGISTRATION/CASTING CALL FOR BACKGROUND EXTRAS FOR NBC’S CURRENT PROJECTS: CHICAGO P.D., CHICAGO FIRE, CHICAGO MED, & CHICAGO JUSTICE!
Date: SUNDAY, JULY 17TH
Time: 11:00AM - 6:00PM
Location: Biago Events & Catering; BALLROOM at: 4242 N. Central Ave, Chicago, IL 60634
**There is LIMITED parking at location**
Starting this season, all of the NBC Chicago Series are adapting a new payroll/unified casting database. So, everyone wishing to work on these shows as background extras must be registered in this new system. **THIS IS AN OPEN CALL FOR EVERYONE; EVEN IF YOU HAVE WORKED ON ANY OF THE SHOWS IN THE PAST.**
Along with filling out an I-9 and W-4 at this Open Call, we will be taking your photo, so dress nicely and in a way that reflects your own personal style. Again, all types should reflect the look of the city of Chicago. Once in the database you will be able to create a profile, update stats, and upload 10 additional photos of yourself!

WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU:
Everyone MUST bring 2 Valid [non-expired] forms of ID:
1. Valid Photo ID: Driver's' License or State ID
AND 2. Social Security Card or a Birth Certificate.
Or 3. a Valid U.S. Passport (will suffice for both forms)
*If you are a lawful permanent resident: you must provide all valid work visas, green cards, alien registration, uscis numbers, etc.
Please see the back of an I-9 for a list of required identification documents.
Please also bring a PEN to write with!!!

If you cannot make this open call, do not worry! We will be having more open calls throughout the season. And information about future open calls and how you may make an appointment to register in office will be released soon.

• Real Chicago Police Officers** (if possible, please come in uniform)
• Real Military **
• Real EMT’s **
• Real Lawyers
• Real CFD Fire Fighters**
• Real Nurses/Doctors
• Amputees
• People with special skills (i.e. dancers, cyclists, pole dancers, contortionists, etc.)
*Children under 16 years of age must get NEW work permits through Empire Casting Company! Follow the link below to download the paperwork.
**Real police, firefighters, EMTs, Military, Nurses/Doctors must have verification.
