Our Town House at Mahidol Road
On the 14th of May 2016 we had tenants move into our townhouse at
krankanook 19.
We were very happy about this. We like people to stay there.
The rent is irrelevant and low but the tenants maintain the property and
the home is lived in the same as our other investment houses in Australia
and Thailand.
We are not happy now.
Since then your company has been not only been harassing my tenants but
also my sister in law about your new so called rules on use of the
complexes facilities ie the pool, gymnasium, sauna and public areas.
On viewing the initial contract and conversations with your company when
we purchased the home all facilities were considered free. Without
restriction. Where is the variation on the original contract.
Why has this changed. I think this has to be challenged in the appropriate
place.
What do you think? As an individual or company would you challenge this or
just cave in and be weak.
At no time in the recent past have we received anything to the contrary
except in the past month when your harassment has started
HARASSMENT. This is a form of abuse and disrespect of human dignity

email , a dubious document that outlines these fees.

In the short term we agreed to pay for some vouchers to use the pool after
your subordenates said that they were spying on my tenants with CC TV and
are keeping a record. Is this legal?
I would like to see the CC TV tapes to see what is going on.
Why are you spying on my tenants?
Do you have something better to do. Is the home in a safe compound or do
my tenants have something to feel guilty of? What is really going on?
Our tenants rented the townhouse in good faith and we rented it to them in
good faith unknowing about your undelivered changes. Is this for real?
You have now continually harassed my sister in law and tenants and it is
now unacceptable to hear this every week. Every week.

On the one time that I did get to speak to someone for a few minutes they
promised me that someone would call me back the very next day and send me
an email.
That was more than two weeks ago and no one has bothered to call me back
or send me an email to this day. You have all my details. What else do you
need. Is it too unimportant for you to do this or you cant be bothered or
you dont care he is a Farang so lets harass his sisters. What is it?
