Well...
It's hard not sharing my travel experience with Thai Smile. I flew with this airline many times but I was amused every single time flying with them including this flight. From the first step on board the plane, I can be overwhelmed with welcome atmosphere from the lovely and friendly crew. It was early morning flight to Khon Kaen estimated to depart at 6.15am and the nose gear was lifted up from the ground at 6.15 sharp. It was a super fantastic 50-minute flying time.
The warm snack called Alfredo was served with fresh brewed coffee and a generous bottle of water. The Alfredo was stuffed with pumpkin, mushroom and parmesan cheese meaning there is stretching cheese in every bite. It was so tasty and could fill your stomach as morning breakfast. I have learned from the crew that Alfredo is only served for the morning flight so you have to wake up so early in order to enjoy this snack LOL.
Still, I have found out from their in-flight magazine that during Songkarn festival coconut milked sticky rice, mango ice cream, and mango favored milk will be served instead of regular snack bag. I will have a chance to try this on the way back Yee-Hahhh!!!
One thing that I was amazed the most this flight is they do the 'Wai' to the passengers and asking for permission before opening or closing the overhead bin. Gosh!! Very hard to see this in any other airlines in Thailand.
Last but not least, I was so impressed with the background music that they broadcasted during boarding and descending till the complete stop. It's just like my Apple music playlist, like one call away - Charlie Puth or Boys like you - Who Is Fancy or Music To My Soul - Ceelo Green. The biggest applause to whoever chose these songs to be on board music, this is soooooo awesome.
Another truly great experience flying with Thai Smile, it was completely fulfilling my five senses, what I saw from the beautiful flight attendant and clean & new airplane, what I tasted from the warm snack, what I smelled from the gentle eau de cologne and fresh brewed morning coffee, what I heard from the background music, and, most of all, what I touched from the Smile services. keep up a good work, I think customers these days starting to know why it's worth paying a tiny extra bit of money which returns with something that really values for every single Baht paid!
PS. Apologize for posting this review in English as my Thai keyboard didn't function properly, was trying to fix it but still can't and I don't wanna wait too long for sharing my experience as I wanna serve when it's still fresh.
