ซื้อของเว็บต่างประเทศ ชำระผ่านบัตรเครดิต ทำไมชำระเงินไม่ได้คัรบ (แต่เล่น ebay ชำระได้ปกติ)
พอดีผมจะซื้อกางเกงผ่านเว็บไซต์แห่งหนึ่งจากยุโรป
โดยลองใช้บัตร VISA และ Master Card มา 3 บัตรแล้ว(เปิดบัญชีที่ไทย)
อยากรบกวนถามว่าทำไมถึงชำระไม่ได้ครับ
ต้องทำอะไรต่อ หรือเปิดบริการอะไรเพิ่มเติมไหมครับ
มันแจ้งว่า
Your payment was not accepted. Please try again, or try a different payment method.
The most common reason why a card payment doesn’t go through is because some banks and credit card companies block transactions to foreign sites (a Swedish one in this case). Please check with your bank or credit card company if this could be the case.
The second most common reason is if your card is issued in another country than the one you’re in at the moment. For security reasons the card has to be issued in the same country as the one you are placing the order from.
If you use PayPal card you don’t have to be in the same country as your card is issued in.
If the problem persists, please contact our Customer service. Try to be as detailed as possible. Sorry for the trouble.
